Welcome to Viyu Trips! Before booking your journey with us, please take a moment to review our Terms & Conditions. By using our services, you agree to the terms below, which are designed to ensure a smooth, transparent, and memorable experience for all our travelers.

1. Booking & Confirmation

• All bookings must be made through our official website, authorized agents, or customer support team.

• A booking is considered confirmed once the required deposit or full payment is received and a confirmation email is sent by Viyu Trips.

• Prices are subject to change until full payment is made.

2. Payment Terms

• We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and secure online gateways.

• A deposit (as specified per package) is required to secure your booking. Full payment deadlines will be communicated at the time of booking.

• Late payments may result in cancellation of your booking and loss of deposit.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations must be made in writing via email to our support team.

• Cancellation fees may apply depending on how close the cancellation is to the travel date. Specific cancellation policies will be detailed for each package.

• In some cases, partial refunds or credit towards future trips may be offered.

• Viyu Trips reserves the right to cancel any trip due to unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, political unrest, etc.) in which case full or partial refunds will be provided.

4. Changes to Itinerary

• While we strive to stick to planned itineraries, changes may occur due to local conditions or unforeseen events.

• We reserve the right to modify accommodations, transportation, and activities while maintaining overall quality and value.

• Any significant changes will be communicated in advance wherever possible.

5. Travel Insurance

• Travel insurance is highly recommended for all travelers to protect against trip cancellations, medical emergencies, lost baggage, and other unexpected events.

• Viyu Trips is not responsible for expenses arising from travel without adequate insurance coverage.

6. Traveler Responsibilities

• It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure they have valid passports, visas, vaccinations, and other required documentation.

• Travelers are expected to respect local cultures, follow tour guidelines, and behave in a manner that supports a positive group experience.

7. Liability Disclaimer

• Viyu Trips acts as an agent between travelers and independent service providers (hotels, airlines, transport operators). We are not liable for injury, loss, or damage caused by any third-party provider.

• While we carefully select our partners, we are not responsible for events beyond our control.

8. Use of Personal Data

• By booking with us, you agree to our Privacy Policy regarding the collection and use of personal data.

• We use this information solely to enhance your travel experience and keep you informed about future offers — never for spam or resale.

9. Marketing & Photos

• Viyu Trips may use images or testimonials from trips in future marketing material. If you prefer not to be included, please notify us in writing before or during your trip.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
